Renovation plumbing happens in stages. This is what each stage involves, in plain language.
Plumbing rough-in
The rough-in is the pipework installed in the walls and floors before wall linings, waterproofing and tiling go on. It sets the positions of taps, toilets, basins and drains, so it needs to match your design.
Plumbing fit-off
The fit-off is the final stage, after tiling and cabinetry, when taps, mixers, toilets, basins, sinks and appliances are connected and tested.
Water and drainage alterations
Moving a basin, toilet, shower or sink may need changes to both water supply and drainage. We assess what your layout needs.
Kitchen, bathroom and laundry plumbing
From new sinks and dishwashers to laundry troughs, vanities and showers, we handle the plumbing side of each room.

A rough-in is the pipework installed before walls are lined and tiled. A fit-off is the final connection of taps, toilets, basins and appliances after the finishes are done.
How many visits does renovation plumbing need?
Rough-in and fit-off are the two main stages. The number and timing of visits depend on the layout, isolation work and renovation schedule, and we plan them with you or your builder.

Can you move a sink or toilet to a different spot in the room?
In most cases yes, though it depends on the existing waste and stack layout. We'll assess it on-site and let you know what's realistically achievable and what it involves.
Do you handle small upgrades, not just full renovations?
Definitely — swapping tapware, upgrading a shower, or replacing a vanity doesn't need a full reno, and we're happy to quote those on their own.
